Hello!

My name is Cayla Ji, and I’m a Real Estate Broker based in Bellevue, Washington. My mission is to help my clients with the purchase or sale of their home, investment property, commercial property, or business opportunities. After 5 years working under a team, I have branched off and started my own Real Estate adventure, and was appointed as President of the Women’s Council of Realtors in 2020.

Brian is my husband, and we have made a wonderful team. He is a General Contractor specializing in residential builds, remodels, as well as special commercial projects. With 15 years of experience, he brings a specialized perspective and value to transactions. “Everything from the foundation up.” has been his motto.

I was born and raised in Seattle, attended the University of Washington, and worked for the City of Bellevue. Brian went to college in Chicago, and moved to Seattle shortly before dating. We were married in 2016 and have been what others have affectionately called “the power couple.” We speak English & Korean fluently, and have embraced our Korean-American heritage.

In our spare time, we are living our best lives ever…nestled into the heart of Bellevue, with a French Bulldog named Nala, a Shiba Inu named Miko, and a recently rescued Tuxedo cat named Tobi. We also enjoy the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, and enjoy Photography and Videography. Yet again, another aspect of our lives that we enjoy together.
